The experience

Renzo starts with a passion for antiques and end up becoming a restorer. His mission to give a second life to unique, important pieces leads him to travelling to old Europe in search of original objects for his customers. This is how his business grew and the number of artisans increased. Renzo has left his nephew at the helm of the company: today, Luca is the talent scout of the court-workshop devoted to antique furniture and objects. The collection is enriched by a significant offering of Chesterfield sofas, restored at first and then manufactured directly in the company spaces in Corticelle Pieve.
The love for good things and the hard work of the artisans characterise the Baratti business and provide an authentic, exciting experience. Luca opens the doors of the workshop where everything happens and introduces the team of restorers and upholsterers to us. Fabric, leather, velvet, brocade, and damask … We pass our hands over these materials and admire them with our eyes. And for our buttocks, the exquisite padding of the mythical Chesterfield.
