Lake Idro and Sabbia Valley

Pristine nature and relaxation

Located 368 meters above sea level, Lake Idro is the highest of Lombardy’s pre-alpine lakes and is the ideal destination for those who love relaxation, nature, and extreme and water sports.

Nestled among the mountains of Valle Sabbia, on the border with Trentino Alto Adige, it is characterized by a constant wind that allows for sailing, surfing and kitesurfing.

The surrounding mountains are also the ideal training ground for fans of mountain biking, via ferrata, paragliding, canyoning, and activities that are dynamic and fun.
