The experience

Niccolò has grown his passion for years, letting it ripe and ferment. Finally, he proudly turned it into a profession. From homebrewer to talented Master Brewer. He bet on himself, he got training, and dove with determination into the world of hops, malt, and yeast. When you visit his microbrewery, you will look at the whole production process at work as you sample the final product.  Mashing, filtration, boiling, cooling, yeast inoculation, fermentation, and aging. Here you go, water has become beer! Blonde, red, foamy, chilled or frozen: it flows inside your throat and pleases your veins.

You will discover different tastes and techniques. Niccolò will explain everything during the tour and 5-beer tasting. It will be a journey to the top among specific flavours and characteristics of the different blends, accompanied by valuable dish and food pairing suggestions. We love good beer!
