Founded in 1974 through the dedication of a group of friends, the museum contains rests, artifacts, and documents relative to World War I, which in Camonica Valley is called “Guerra Bianca” because it was fought among the snow of the Adamello glacier. It is an important and well known centre of research and cultural preservation.
