Every year Franciacorta opens its doors to the public with a new edition of Franciacorta Summer Festival on the Road.

The festival offers 4 months of events which are sure to entice everyone: tastings, exhibitions, guided tours, concerts in the most fascinating and prestigious winery settings, sports events, picnics, and outdoor activities. The red threads are the inebriating taste of local wine and the region’s delicious culinary tradition.

This famous festival starts with a day dedicated to Franciacorta Rosé, a type of wine which is becoming more and more popular and will be the protagonist of several “rosy” events. The elegance and structure of this wine will inspire restaurants, agriturismi and wine bars to create ad hoc menus for the enjoyment of their guests. The public will also have the opportunity to learn how cheese, cured meats, and other typical products are made thanks to engaging workshops and classes.

There’s more! Big surprises await art and history lovers: during the festival it will be possible to register for guided tours combined with theme tastings and visit four historical mansions. Sports and outdoor activities are also essential elements of the festival. Friends and families will experience excitement and fun with bike tours, vineyard strolls, and Vespa and quad rides.
