The church of St. Antonio Abate, in the historic centre of Breno, is one of the most significant examples of Camonica Valley Gothic style (14th century). The door was built during the Renaissance period. It contains works by da Cemmo, Callisto Piazza, and on the apse wall there are frescoes by Girolamo Romanino (16th century) that depict the biblical history of prophet Daniel.
