From vineyard to glass, a production full of passion

The experience

In Castelveder, family and vineyard are tightly intertwined and represent the full history of the famous Franciacorta sparkling wine.
Ms. Elena Alberti Nulli founded the Castelveder farm in 1975. She is a teacher, poet, and attentive wine farmer. Her passion for narration is at the basis of her commitment to promoting Brescia’s culture. However, where she really shines is in cultivating the land with her husband Renato. The bottles are filled with excellent Pinot, Chardonnay, Merlot, Barbera, Cabernet, and Nebbiolo grapes and give Elena’s Franciacortaits strong character and quality.
Today, Camilla and Francesco welcome guests and share their story with them. You visit the farm and the vineyards, but you also go underground because there is a spot where it is possible to see the typical rock formations of eastern Franciacorta.
Finally, the wine cellar doors open and you will experience the aroma of this famous bubbly wine. The guided tasting focuses on the comparison between different Franciacorta wines paired with local cured meats, cheese, and frittatas made with the vegetables grown by the farm.
This adventure will take you on an exciting journey in time.
