2025 International Piano Festival of Brescia and Bergamo

Rediscover the beauty of music in prestigious locations, performed by the greatest representatives of concert art: from April 28 through June 26, 2025, the International Piano Festival of Brescia and Bergamo returns!

Now in its 62^nd edition, the event will have as its theme “Noches de España”, and will be dedicated to Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, to celebrate the 30^th anniversary of his passing.

Among the international performers on the main stages of Brescia and Bergamo are Hélène Grimaud, Yulianna Avdeeva, Jan Lisiecki, and Alexandra Dovgan. Among the orchestras making their debut are the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pflaz and the Neojiba Orchestra (Bahia State Youth Orchestra), which will perform exclusively in Italy in Brescia and Bergamo with the piano duo Arthur and Lucas Jussen.

The inauguration of the 2025 edition will be held at Brescia’s Teatro Grande on Monday April 28, and the following day in Bergamo with the Slovenian Philharmonic conducted by Kakhi Solomnishvili with soloist Pierre-Laurent Aimard.

In addition to the main program, the collateral events will return, which will be revealed in the coming months.

International Piano Festival of Brescia and Bergamo, a global reference point since 1964

The Festival was established in 1964 in homage to great Brescia pianist Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, and today represents one of the most important festivals dedicated to the piano, as well as a perfect meeting between classical culture and contemporary music.

Awarded with numerous world-wide recognitions, every year the event attracts artists of global fame and has the most famous international orchestras perform.
