August in Brescia is a particularly vibrant and busy time of year. Just an example: free access to the city’s Civic Museums for residents and/or people born in Brescia and its province!
This well-established event brings with it an important new feature starting from 2025: free access for the entire month of August!
Usually free to residents and people born in Brescia are:
- Santa Giulia Museum
- Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery
- Archeological Park of Roman Brescia, with the cell dedicated to the Winged Victory
- “Luigi Marzoli” Arms Museum
- Leonessa d’Italia Risorgimento Museum
In addition to the permanent collections, the public can also visit temporary exhibitions and initiatives free of charge.
